NIH Rigor and Reproducibility Study

Goal

GOAL

Validate the Rigor& Reproducibility of the Exosome isolation using acoustofluidic method.

Problem

PROBLEM

Widely used conventional isolation method ultracentrifuge is operator dependent, thus lacks of standardization and repeatability.

What we do

WHAT WE DID

Isolate 10 saliva samples with 2 operators using our instrument

Sample type: Saliva

Results

Results

Results presented and shared at NIH ERCC19 conference hosted April, 2023,
Correlation between two operators: 0.98 for total sEV number 0.99 for tetraspanins (CD9, CD63, CD81) positive sEV number. (The closer to 1 the better)
